Oceanfront room was stunning with a spacious balcony and beautiful views. The parking is a nightmare, especially after dark. Clean facilities were appreciated, but the service could be slower at times.

Oceanfront rooms offer stunning views, really nice to wake up to. Check-in was slow, staff seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast options were decent, had a variety. Parking was crammed, especially during busy hours. Overall, a solid stay just needs some improvement with check-in and parking.

Rooms were clean with updated decor. Great balcony with nice views. Loved the hot breakfast and super friendly staff. Fitness centre was handy, and having beach chairs was a plus. Daily maid service kept everything tidy. Close to bike week events and less than a mile to Main Street. Close to the Hard Rock Hotel for surf lessons too.

This hotel is a short walk from the lively Main Street, making it easy to explore shops and eateries, while also being right on the beach with quick access to the sand and a nice pool to relax by; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring you feel at home throughout your stay, but the parking situation can be a bit tight as the back lot fills up quickly.

The staff was super rude, and after being promised an early check-in, I showed up only to be denied. Plus, my room was sticky, and I had to buy cleaning supplies to feel comfortable.

The oceanfront location is outstanding. The view is breathtaking-especially from the apartment. Housekeeping was seamless while I enjoyed my time with my boyfriend. Staff like Millie, Rachel, Juanita, and Tina made my experience smoother with their friendliness and efficiency. there were significant drawbacks. Limited beach access is frustrating, especially for those with mobility issues. The elevators felt cramped and lacked ventilation. I encountered maintenance issues in my room that shouldn't exist. Being charged for parking felt unnecessary. If improvements are made, this could be a fantastic stay. The potential is there, but a few fundamental changes are desperately needed. Consider a different option if you're seeking consistent quality.

The place's right by the beach, amazing views from our room, and easy access to the boardwalk and restaurants. The bathroom was spotless and the staff was kind enough to call me about my forgotten AirPods.

Rooms smelled of mold, towels weren't replaced regularly, door lock was faulty, and parking was a mess with guests leaving trash on cars. Pool was closed unexpectedly, which was a letdown.

the location of the hotel was fantastic, right in front of the beach with great ocean views. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the ocean, it was so relaxing to sit there and enjoy the scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the coffee they provided with flavored creamer was a nice touch. The pool area was also nice, and we even got to see the 4th of July fireworks from there, which was a bonus. there were some drawbacks too. The rooms had some issues, like a moldy smell and insufficient towel replacements. The doors didn't lock properly, which was a security concern. there were ants in the bathroom, indicating an insect problem. Parking was a major issue as well, with limited spaces and employees parking in non-designated areas, making it difficult to find parking. The fact that guests had to pay an extra fee for parking was disappointing, especially given the cramped parking situation. The elevator was small and stuffy with no ventilation, and the breakfast room felt cramped. Housekeeping didn't clean the room until late afternoon, and beach access was restricted after 10 pm. The hotel didn't live up to the expectations set by the pictures advertised, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

Located right across from the beach , great for easy access. Clean bathroom and attentive staff who notified me promptly when I left my AirPods behind.

Breakfast options were disappointing , basic and lacking variety. Renovation work resulted in minimal parking and the pool being closed.

We hit the games and go, carts on the Boardwalk, and the ocean view from the hotel was sick. The outdoor pool with an ocean view was clutch. And they even had recumbent bikes to chillax on!

We wished there were more late, night events for young party, goers.

stayed for four nights at Best Western and loved being right on the beach. the hotel has an excellent pool, very clean with lots of loungers and tables. Within walking distance of downtown and the entertainment district. Spacious rooms with a nice balcony facing the pool and the beach. Breakfast offered for free, with a good selection of items. Exceptional warmth and consideration shown by the staff, especially Vaneisha and Taylor. the housekeeping was fantastic, everything was impeccably fresh and clean. the new interior & exterior remodel is fabulous!

The hotel was a stone's throw away from all the fun at the boardwalk-guests can ride the go-carts and play games just steps from the property. You can soak in the heated pool with an area for kids, offering fantastic ocean views.

For dads, it'd be great if the hotel provided more organized kids' activities.

My me time vacation at this beachfront hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, right on the ocean and just off the center of the main drag. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread including freshly cooked omelets and friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a stunning view. a great stay at a reasonable price.
